2009 BMW 335 QUAD SET-UP!!

We start with a before pictures from the back and from underneath

Then we remove the mufflers! 50lbs of restriction!!

With the mufflers off we can now do some measuring and pen marking for cutting.

With the cutting done, we install the valance with double

back tape and bolts to hold it in place. I use C-clamps with

rags to hold the valance in place to speed up the double

back tape setting.

After the Valance is set in place I begin work on the installation of the

twin tips, one side at a time.

I am using 2.5inch pipe to connect the original pipe to the twin tips.

Installation completed!! Both tips are lined up and welded in place with new hangers.

The OEM rubber hangers are reinstalled on the oem metal hangers that are

slightly bent up to make room for the wide tips.

The after results is a beautiful 2009 BMW 335 with a Quad exhaust set-up!!
